Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of Superworse. By playing or submitting content, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The game
Superworse is a free, entertainment-only Would You Rather game. Dilemmas are hypothetical, not advice or encouragement to perform any action. Voting percentages reflect votes received, not a representative survey or verified individual voters. Questions may repeat as the library changes.
2. Age and content
Some questions discuss sensitive themes. Spicy Mode is intended only for people aged 18 or over and requires confirmation. Do not enable it if you are under 18. The confirmation is not identity or age verification.
3. Fair use
Do not manipulate votes, automate bulk submissions, impersonate others, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorised access. Do not submit illegal, threatening, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or infringing content, or personal information about yourself or others. Content and access may be restricted to protect the service.
4. Your submissions
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights to share it and grant Superworse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, edit, publish and display it as part of the game and its promotion. Submission does not guarantee publication, credit or payment. Reports are requests for review, not a guarantee of removal.
5. Progress and availability
No account is required. Your streak, history and settings are saved in your browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared or you change device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage or error-free results. The game may be updated, suspended or discontinued.
6. Intellectual property and external links
The Superworse name, presentation and original game content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Personal sharing of game results is permitted. Third-party sites, including X, operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Liability and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of accuracy or suitability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights. Your applicable local legal rights remain unaffected.
